  2. Increase your ability to focus.
  3. Give you a total awareness of your body externally and internally.
  4. You will learn self-defense from a base of perfect foundation, both in your body mechanics and internal power (development of Chi).
  5. Butterfly Hand includes the learning and mastering of eight Kung Fu forms: Butterfly Hand, Flower and the Five Animals, Dragon, Crane, Snake, Tiger, Leopard, also Tai Chi and Zen meditation. Weapons include Bo staff and Esrima sticks.

The above will result in the student becoming much happier, healthier, and relaxed, with a stronger sense of confidence, self-esteem, and a metamorphosis of body and spirit.

Shaolin Five Animal Forms:

Though there are many different styles of martial arts and other animal forms, every Shaolin style relies on the basic Dragon, Crane, Snake, Tiger & Leopard forms.

The Dragon for body strength
The Crane for sinew and hidden strength
The Snake for psychic energy
The Tiger for bone strength
The Leopard for inner and outer strength

In practicing these forms with proper breathing techniques, you will learn the principles of each animal:  Hard and Soft, full and empty, circle within circle, the feeling of sameness within and without.  As you unlock the hidden meaning of each movement in the forms of each animal you realize that all are deadly fighting techniques.  This enables you to be in harmony with any fighting style you encounter, changing from one form to another as you flow through the principles of the five animals.  Your opponent will become confused as your attack is formless, unseen and fatal.

Sensitivity Drills In this system, you will also learn Shadow Hands and Sticking Hands, which are two person exercises that help develop sensitivity.  Sparring combines these techniques with moves from the Shaolin Five Animals and other forms.  This system was created to teach you realistic street fighting Kicks, Punches & Self Defense techniques.

Tai Chi Chuan Tai Chi is meditation in motion, the peaceful martial art.  This is a proven benefit to improve balance, circulation, breathing, posture, overall strength, and sense of well being.  Learn Yang Style 108 Long Form & Pushing Hands.

Zen Meditation (Zazen) is a Sitting practice to develop deep breathing, inward concentration, focused energy and Chi.
